Subject:Web Portal for online CUSDEC authorization and AutoValidation

Dear Sir/Madam,

About the system (Enterprise Portal)

BOI introduced the above mentioned Web Portal for BOI enterprises to authorize the Import-Export CUSDECs enabling BOI officers to process them in the Asyworld system.

Also, CUSDEC validation has been automated as soon as the enterprise authorizes an entry.The system also facilitates to view the status of the CUSDEC entries such as Validation Failed Entries,Pending Release Order Updates,Release Order Granted entries in real-time on the system dashboard.

To Create an Import Export Authorization Account

You are required to contact your system administrator(Web Submission) to create an Import Export Authorization user account for the above system. Please find the“Create a new user for Import Export Authorization.pdf” guideline attached for the system administrator.

Please gothrough the attached usermanual (Import Export Management WebPortal-UserManual.pdf) of the system before using the system.

Clearing Agents Web Portal (Declarant)

Further,the existing web portal of the Clearing agents has been enhanced with a new interface to view the status of the CUSDECs they have submitted through the Asyworld system.Besides,online top-up facilities for the Prepaid Account of the Clearing agents have also been enabled to recharge using respective banks as“SampathVishwa”(Makeapaymentoption) or“BOC”(Bill Payment Option).
